The client informs ime about the framework conditions and the environment of the candidate. The mix of tools for the potential analysis as well as the relevant skills are defined. Company-specific skills and / or proven skills models from ime are used.


ime takes over the coordination with the candidate. The potential analysis takes place either at one of our locations (ZH / SG) or at the client's premises.


ime creates a structured report that concisely summarizes the findings from the potential analysis and shows the individual fields of development. The report will be sent to the candidate and the client.


As part of a feedback interview, the findings from the potential analysis are discussed with the candidate and with the client. Next steps are defined.

Development plan

Based on the development fields identified in the potential analysis, ime creates an individual development plan. This is adapted to the individual needs and goals of the candidate.


Measurement of the development progress (e.g. in a leadership training or run comparison from 360° feedback).
