As a first step, the team as a whole and also each member have to rate their own ability. This self-rating delivers the starting scenario.
Workshop
The formulated ratings are now queried and discussed in the group. As a result of this analysis each member is confronted with an external picture of the other members.
Environment Survey
On request, ime asks persons defined by the group and creates an external picture of the team environment.
Reaction
ime reflects an external picture of the environment back to the management team. This is discussed in the group or with the individual members.
Reflection
The individual pictures are correlated and the required knowledge is derived.
Development Approach
Hand in hand with the management team, ime develops measures for improving the efficiency and co-operation of the entire team.
