Project Audit
Selective and demanding projects are chosen in partnership with top management. A senior executive agrees to become patron of the DP and monitors project progress.
Project Group
The high achievers are allocated to the right project based on the results from the development centre. Special attention is paid to the group composition and each person's specific need for development
Presentation
The individual projects are presented to top management at defined intervals.
Rating
The progress made by the project groups is rated at defined intervals.
Final Report
A pool member leaves the development pool on being assigned to a demanding position. A structured and brief final report is prepared regarding the development achieved since the development centre.
